Technicals are utter nonsense... invented by brokers to encourage suckers to trade junk stocks and trade them frequently. Flipping a coin (buy/sell) actually beats charting because a coin won't fall for pump and dumps.
Best move is to realize WNDW is garbage and buy a quality stock that grows and pays a dividend.
