I prefer rank speculation. I'm betting Russ Mitchell CEO of PuraMed comes back to his public vehicle with a new plan and long time shareholders get whole.

Say what you want about his performance but he did get LipiGesic into Walgreen's and CVS. He raised money, presented at roadshows and was the chief formulator and science officer. He kept his share structure very tight. There were other positives including a successful study.

The trouble came when expenses outpaced revenues. He had to dilute to keep the doors open. I still believe that MigraPure can be a winner. The $64,000 question is can he get backing and if he does will PMBS shareholders benefit? Five maybe Ten per cent chance at best. Lights out with no communication for too long.
