EOY portfolio readjustments seem going on now towards financials from tech. I am not too concerned as dawning tax credit law will make it attractive for USA profits held overseas to come back into our country for infrastructure upgrades near new plants, while creating tax-paying USA jobs.
BOTZ might just see some increase in USA holdings rebalancing. Great, as then new workers can afford to pay for health care needs also.
