For the last few days I have been trying to talk my daughter into emptying her purse to by more shares @ $.57 because the short term downtrend is broken as per the chart, but she wouldn't. She already has 30,000. At $.65 and $.75. She's learning.
Chart watchers are buying imo

But because IBC is up around 10%. Maybe something else is there also.
