That's FANTASTIC news actually.

They caught the bastard, he can't do it again, and anyone else would be a FOOL to use the same ticker for another scam!

Now it's under new ownership and has NOTHING at ALL to do with that guy or the previous scam which drove this down to .0001 prior to our acquisition. Plus the feds helped out cleaning the shell I would imagine.
