One of the points I wanted to make which is personal to me. How come one of the reasons you invest is based on large success in past ventures. While I realize past performance does not guarantee future results, you'd think management could have had several closings from major client like Majestic Wealth and Primesite. It seems like a major miscalculation of the investing (fund acquisitions) climate in the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia. All this without considering various NDAs purportedly made with clients. GLTA!
