You missed my point. It's the hype Eco is trying to play on investors over the suffering of others. Totes of Eco paint aren't headed to TX, so those TX folks aren't getting scammed. A PR about a customer without a name is pure hype. It IS against the law for an officer of a publicly traded company to put out a false PR. Perhaps this shell company operating under Eco is an attempt to circumvent that, among other things?
