178m bid... this thing looks like it's about to pop soon. Low SS and float, and low toxic debt - if any at this point. Company is not SEC current, so the company itself cannot sell shares. Calculated share structure from the latest 8k is as follows:

AS: 2,500,000,000
OS: 2,263,485,862
Float: 973,912,500

And that was back in October 2016. Who knows how tight the OS/AS ratio is by now!
