your question is based on the totally false assumption that RMTD has a current market cap. of 2.9 million dollars...market cap for an existing company is obviously number of outstanding shares times price per share... leaving the first part of that equation aside ( if you review my posts and the filings it is an overwhelming probability that they issued most if not all of the one hundred billion shares they were authorized to issue before the fatal foreclosure event..they had already issued 30 billion and had only satisfied about 30% of the outstanding balance of the death spiral convertible debentures as per their filings and had plenty of time to issue most if not all of the remaining 70 billion ) BUT the most important part of the market cap. equation is PRICE... the current price of RMTD IS NOT BASED ON RATIONAL PRICE DISCOVERY but on the parameters of the software that runs the pink sheets...0.0001 is the lowest price at which a quote and be posted...so the market cap. is a totally artificial number based on software limitations not price discovery ..
is there a 'majority shareholder " who gives a damn about RMTD...NO...there are hedge funds that cumulatively still probably have billions of shares but they made a small in investment in this over 10 years ago , have had years to feed out their shares to folks who were buying this for reasons only known to themselves and these hedge funds have made thousands of investments since ..if any hedge fund holder was going to try to revitalize and reorganize this vehicle they would have done so years ago..before the financials became 8 years old....there is no management and no interest group that has any incentive whatsoever to spearhead an effort to revitalize RMTD..
AND FINALLY why would any" holding company " small or large want to acquire the shell of RMTD when as i discussed in my answer to your previous question it would take an investment of years of time and probably well over several hundred thousand dollars of legal and accounting work to come away with a shell that would be worth maybe 200,000 ( and the acquiring entity wouldn't even own most of that the other remaining shareholders would )...if you or anyone wanted to acquire a clean shell.. that can be done immediately for 200,000 or less..if you wanted a can of soda and you had one in your refrigerator and heard there was a can of soda on top of Mt.Everest which can of soda would you go for ?????
hope this answers your question..
