They're preparing to merge or BO. EnerJex CFO has taking over CEI CFO position. He is now CFO of both companies EnerJex Resources Inc and CEI. Looking for something positive to happen @ anytime. IMO is could be a very nice pop for both companies once the merger or BO is made final.
