I'm counting any growth in comparison to what it cost. These are still valuable as growth. Less upside but also significantly less downside with no dilution. I'm ok with a mix of growth, not the extreme of either. Especially these licensing deals where the market is smaller/under developed. Save the dilution and capital for California and rec states that will have a bigger and safer business investment. Basically I'm not gonna put the few chips I have in a state that isn't dominate or immediate return but a license deal in those states works for me. And if that's how we acquire the hundreds or thousands of mom and pops that can't afford to comply with the new regulations, within a year there could be hundreds taking on the evio brand with little downside and capital. That's the name of the game. Growth based on value/calculated risk and return.

IMHO there are 5 labs. 4 in OR and 1 in MA.

1 in CA and another soon to be in CA will hopefully be major revenue generators (along with their spokes) in a year's time. I doubt the Yuba lab is adding much to revenue and if anything is losing money as they ramp that site up to be a hub in N cal.

CO is a very obscure license agreement which appears to be crafted as a strategic buyout 1 yr from signing when I look at the 8-k filing. I'm hoping to see WW release some more information on this one. Overall it looks like EVIO will be coughing up $1.5M total for what? to be paid back $1.3M a year from now... EVIO is short on cash, doesn't quite make sense unless the above is true. I did not see anything in regards to EVIO collecting a percentage of profits and the acquisition law firm was all over the docs. Once again... I haven't heard any opinions on the board about this 8-k... really hoping someone else sifts through and offers up some analysis as well.

FL - one licensed lab... looks like kaycha will be expanding as well. Each new Kaycha lab is another $25k in EVIO's pockets. If FL ever goes rec another $25k per lab (along with $75k for the first lab) 3% of total revenue will be collected from Kaycha... not mind blowing by any means but IMHO it's free money and potentially sets them up for an easy buyout if FL passes testing laws.
