Just a guess if I had to guess but after the last 2 hearings it was clear to my boots on the ground that T-Mobile was not happy with Foxx. I said that then and no one seemed to like me saying that. So maybe they are now working on how to please T-Mobile which may be by selling those MetroPCS stores and putting the leases in UMS name and not TALK. Just a guess.
What I did after prev hearing was I sold all my shares except for 5 Mil and put that money on something else. This makes me happy because 5 Mil is still a good amount of shares and I have zero stress about things here now. So I have those shares on a GTC and can wait things out.
