Well otc markets is so out of date you can't go by that at all. Look at the recent volume spike and it is very easy to tell there are a lot more shares out there than are listed on OTC. Go back and read filings to get a better picture of this company or what is left of it. Which isn't much.

That's exactly correct and many are looking for the CEO to do a RM which could rocket PMBS into the high pennies!
