I actually switched ZTR for HCAP last week. I will get both ZTR and HCAP in September and in October I will receive the special div for HCAP so for two months I get a double divvy whammy for the same money invested!

ZTR and HCAP are very similar in Price and divvy. HCAP is very thinly traded and only has 6.4 million shares verses 114 million for ZTR.

Both stocks seem to be relatively non volatile and I like them both.

I do like both ORC and CRF and will be adding to both of them as time goes on!
