Let's say it's at $0.10 and the $250K in advertising is an accurate number.
When paying with shares instead of cash, the price typically goes up. So, $0.05 might be a more accurate number. On the flip side, is $250K in advertising really $250K in advertising, or is it exaggerated? Those two offset so I'll keep the numbers where they are.
That's 2.5M shares + 4.3M existing shares, totaling 6.8M shares, or nearly a 60% increase in the number of shares.
Hopefully, these shares come with a decent lockup provision. :-)
Even if those numbers are way off, there is still a strong possibility that Barry Henthorn will be/is the largest shareholder in the company.
I will also assume it is a credit in shares. If the deal was done a month ago? It probably is in the 6-10 cents per share. No telling until the next quarterly.
