Honestly, I think this is total bullshit. Elio knew damn well that a 3 wheeler has been considered a MOTORCYCLE for a very long time. If he succeeds in getting his fiasco designated as a car then he screws many people out of their motorcycle status for all the rest of the 3 wheeled vehicles in the USA.
If he wants a CAR then he needs to add a 4th wheel and deal with the rules and regulations of building cars.
He shouldn't be allowed to have the best of both worlds at the cost of everybody else.
