In the US I don't believe so. Isreal has Dotz Nano LTD. that trades on the Australian exchange. Nanoco is traded on the London SE. Nanosys withdrew their IPO to list on NASDAQ in 2004. It's slim pickings for companies that are on any exchange. There are now 32 quantum dot material manufacturers: http://www.idtechex.com/research/reports/quantum-dots-2016-2026-applications-markets-manufacturers-000452.asp but you will have to pay to see them in the report.
