Good find but none of the names match those already within the new company and the old RSII boards already stepped down but hey you never know.

It has been a mentioned that $RSII has also acquired another company and I see that your find does Private Labeling.

We do know $RSII is the Research & Development Company and has the same BOD & CEO as PAOG so maybe this was the recent acquisition ;)
