That does not explain the dilution at all!!!! If you read the stat it went from 100k shares to 400K shares causing the 300 percent spike!!!!

400k Shares is worth about 240 bucks!!!! What explain the dilution is Lewis needs $$$$$$$ and he is going to get it no matter what the terms are for the company!!!!
