1) Hop-On is not in compliance. Its quarterly financials are overdue.

2) Hop-On has no known Trading Agent for its stock, according to the Nevada SoS website:

Its business license expired in March.
It will cost HPNN $4650 in various fees to recover compliance.



And, as you can now plainly see, Re-Medical has no store in Colorado or anywhere.

No, Hop-On violating securities laws
Note that Nevada even had to remove Hop-On's central key index. Not good.
No registered agent. The previous one resigned in January, and Hop-On has still not satisfied Nevada securities laws, and remains in default.

Also, not current on OTC Markets.
Also, California took away Hop-On's authorization to conduct business.

Sure hope the SEC doesn't suspend them and dump them to the grey market.
