If this could not get below .002 during the increase selling period where there was little news from the company and they were not current on their filings, why would it go below now? Particularly with the recent news and uptick in bod support.

There has been about $20k sitting on the bid in the .0028 range wanting to get filled and I'm sure insiders would like to buy more shares
