BTW, did you happen to read the new SA article on MSB that sent the stock soaring today? Author makes some pretty wild assumptions about IO pricing and target price for MSB, as well as future distributions - last 3 quarter's were 14 cents, 56 cents, most recent one down to 16 cents, with no explanation given for the massive increase or decrease.

once that debt is under $1 billion this stock should approach $15
