I emailed Jim Sims the same question I posed on the board about the last NR stating non registered shares. Perhaps his answer to me will expound on some of your other thoughts or curiosities regarding the NR.

If you dont mind me asking, what return would make you moderately pleased? What would be your share price threshold for ecstatic? What do you (or anyone else) think is a possible share price if all goes according to plan? Just curious.

Exactly, Northcott certainly wouldn't want shares in lieu of cash if they weren't confident in their ability to finance the project. In addition, the 10% premium is a very positive indicator. I'm looking forward to the announcement regarding the Niocorp - IBC Advanced Alloys results from the Scandium alloying project. In the meantime, I am continuing to add shares. GLTA!!!!
