My guess AND hope is they cancelled the horrible 3m loan earlier this week and are finishing converting the rest of the notes ($311,000 worth according to last 10Q). MAYBE once the notes are converted they will pump it again and we can see the PPS go up enough to get out.
This seems like a long shot considering what the float will be now after the conversion. It will take a lot to move it.
