I know there is a couple of med dispensaries in the Buffalo area but I have read that it's difficult to get a med card.Some wanted more dispensaries to open,for ease of access, but they say there are not enough "patients" to warrant additional dispensaries. Maybe PA will get legal rec before NY.I can drive there in less than an hour if that happens.I'd like to try some nice edibles.
