They bought a power-player, who knows how to steer a ship.

She is just as inexperienced as the last pothead that ran this company into the ground. What public market experience does she have - ZERO. She took a page out of the Dutchess playbook by forcing this sham of a company in paying her $12M for her company which does not even do $1M in revenue.
