Even assuming p53 activation - does not prove efficacy on cancer.
That is still theory.

Same way Amyloid reduction was supposed to have Alzheimer improvement. Lily drug showed amyloid control or reduction but no ALZ impact and it was called failure.

Same way - K may activate P53 but any impact on cancer is not proven.

That may need combo therapy - may be with PD1 or CDK

I think more accurately its primary purpose is to treat cancer; you are citing its MOA. And the Phase 1 has not proven that. It did prove tolerability and non-toxicity. The OC Phase 2 will hopefully prove the MOA, and even give robust efficacy signals. Hopefully the 3x weekly dosing is adequate.
