If the audit is actually done that is just step 1...then Lawyers get it to to file the Registration Statement with the SEC and that is supposedly 30 days 2) form 10 is filed with the SEC 3) SEC review and approval is 90 days or more

September is almost over and step 1 isn't done yet so the earliest would be next year

Work has commenced on preparing a Registration Statement Form 10 to file with the SEC. Before we can submit the Form 10 a review of our interim financial statements and an audit of our 2016 financial statements will be required. Our auditors are in the process of preparing those.

Our lawyers plan to file the Registration Statement with the SEC as soon as possible, then the SEC comment process will begin. The process should nearly take 90 days, but can last many months. Once the process is complete, AmeraMex will be a reporting company, which is a requirement before applying to list on the OTCQB.



We expect the audit to be in the hands of our securities attorney by the end of this week and if all goes according to their estimate, 30 days for their preparation of the Form-10 and the SEC's normal review cycle of 90 days,
