Actually, that's not the case. California recreational marijuana becomes legal on January 1st. There are strict rules about import/export that have already been put in place. Canada will have no effect on the California market at this point. Maybe later in the future if things change.
California will become the world center for recreational marijuana. It already is one of the top tourist destinations worldwide.
Nobody is clamoring to head to Nova Scotia to smoke a joint :)
Anyway, TGGI is based in the US and its easier to focus on the US market which is growing by leaps and bounds!
