Furthermore, as a marketing guy he's not in a position to comment on
financials matters.

Did he disclose anything to you on Annual Revs or Expenses as well ?

OTC Markets clearly states KPMG LLC as auditor.

That is what the public goes by and thats what they submitted in their filing. Based out of Minneapolis.
