You and I both know that merging with CRIM is not about the merger. Someone thought or thinks the companies can merge and HHSE's dubious financials go away. It is not the way it works, HHSE has to still be audited 71 days from closing and file an amended 8K, or CRIM's delinquencies with the SEC continue.
None of us know if Division of Enforcement has sent a deficiency letter to CRIM yet. If they have, the clock ticks faster.
HHSE cannot file a registration. They are not auditable.
