sorry it seemed simple to me

we own a ton of paper

we will be net sellers by ten billion a month (unwind)

?

up to about 2014 the FED was buying more than selling (starting 2008)
since then it has been mostly neutral - with selling=buying

now selling will exceed buying

as it unwinds its large asset base which we should all agree is dangerous for it to hold
