The way I understand it after contacting OTC markets is that they were late on filing the last Quarterlies. It was filed, and is in, and they are current now. BUT, because they filed it a few weeks late(I believe) OTC will not take that off till the next cycle and them filing on time. Maybe could have been held up because of the Israeli company merger pending right around that time? Not sure. Either way, could be misunderstanding after a few emails back and fourth with OTC but that is the way it seems. They are up to date but will show delinquent because of filing late until the next quarterly filing.
