All of this is HUGE and ONCI should not be trading below at least .05 to .10 today IMO. We will get there no doubt soon. There will be 3 different share reduction announcements. This week will be the preferred shares. Then the other 2 will be announced. Bottom line I am holding all of my ONCI shares tight for silver coins very soon and we could see dollars ahead once all is in place.

A 500% increase in sales staff and they are working on STRAIGHT COMMISSION!!!!!!!!!

That means there is a HUGE demand for our product - enough to warrant a massive expansion to the sales staff. And it's ALLLLLLL commission based - which means no impact to the bottom line on labor costs. PLUS...the sales staff believes that this product is an easy sell - why else would they sign on for a 100% commission instead of a base pay plus smaller commission?

The sales team believes in the product. Huge demand. No underlying labor cost. Expanding rapidly across the country. An increase in revenue of 73% in the latest financial report. Millions in NEW revenue announced. New apps being developed. A publicly traded marijuana company being acquired. More than 1.4 BILLION shares being reduced.
