yes, but do not forget that since that Nov 16 action, Purdue has continued to file patent litigation. For example on 3/1/17 Purdue sued Amneal claiming infringement of the following Oxycontin Patents:

9,492,392
9,492,393
9,522,919

amneal appears to be subject to 30 month stay. Also, to the best of our knowledge, none of the previous filers have been approved by the FDA

Small point worth noting is that if Elite were purchased by Puracap the corporate umbrella applies to its products.
