From personal experience. They do the reverse split to raise the share price to get investors interested. Or so they say. What really happens. The reverse split. You lose half your shares or whatever the split is and the price relates to the switch. Then the company dilutes it right back to being a piece of shit. Watched it happen with a couple of stocks I own. If this reverse splits. It will raise the SP for about two weeks and then it will be back into trips.
