In the 10q, Public Offering and Outstanding Warrants, there is a typo. The dollar amounts for the C and D warrants are reversed. It should read "Series C warrants have an exercise price of $1.60 and Series D warrants have an exercise price of $1.28." The Series D warrants were exercisable immediately with a 1 year term, with Series C warrants carrying a 5 year term. Series C warrants could not have been exercised back then because the exercise price is $1.60 per share. Series C warrants could be exercised now.....but why would you? Right?
