I guess where I get hung up on this topic is (and this is shifting topics from my first response) ---
All over the OTC (in my very limited experience) people are clamoring that better management would get "the business" farther. But that seems to overlook that these companies are the brain child of current management, and would not exist at all without the individuals currently in charge.
Take the good with the bad, and the good is the existence of the organization.
