I'm shocked not. Insiders have discounted shares. All they care about is getting people to buy them at any price it takes.

That's been happening routinely the past several weeks. All the talk about huge bid support at 6 and then it gets taken out. The only logical explanation I have is continued dilution. The debt controls this company as it always has. This ticker is just a vehicle for transferring money from the penny players to the debt holders.
