$GMNI Half of the OS is RESTRICTED.
(Meaning these shares cannot be traded & the less tradable shares the quicker this can move. It is set up for a serious RUN.)

This means the 700 mil Outstanding share count really is around 350 mil.

With only 350 mil in free trading shares, this can move up with serious velocity.
