Thats just a foolish statement. People didn't know WholeFoods had been sold to Amazon until the day Amazon announced it.. Then BOOM for WholeFoods stock and even Amazon got a little action. To further illustrate the point that it's all kept hush hush.. WholeFoods prices have already dropped because of the purchase by Amazon. That takes planning and logistics and doesn't happen in a month. Immediately after that Amazon announced a partnership with Kohl's. (I haven't been in a Kohl's recently but would imagine they too are seeing some quick and dramatic changes.
In other words... If OWC was to have a JV or be bought out. Likely no one would know until they wanted the public to know. To further this... OWC immediately stated in an 8k "The Registrant is not the source of this "news article" nor does the Registrant know who is the author of the posted "news article." The Registrant cautions investors to rely solely on the Registrant's public filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, including its reports filed with the SEC on Form 8-K, and press releases published directly by the Registrant." And the articule had stated that it was a source a Pfizer. (Don't want to lose a deal because of loose lips)
No one knows when the news will break but when it does... this stock is locked up tight for a wild ride and if we are listed on multiple exchange (which we could also hear about any day now) then it will only mean more money coming into buy a part of OWC.
