Let us first wait for ADXS to file for EU approval - they are supposed to by EOY.

Then there is a waiting period involved prior to approval - you know the typical 6 to 9 months.

We can celebrate once we get approval.

More importantly -

let us see what happens between now and the time we get EU approval and what nasty surprises management has for shareholders.

What's crazy is how bad the shorts attacked them when they recieved EMA approval! AVEO was being shorted about 1-2 million shares then when EMA approval came 7-10 million shares were shorted! Crazy how these shorts short trying to get price to plunge? They were being pushed down and yet recovered despite the shorts manipulating the stock!
