Does your self dealing CEO care about shareholders? I think not, his actions speak louder than any words spoken here in this Mb. His 8-k's speak very loudly. Trimapramine deal comes to mind. Along with after hour CRL's and uncorrected warning letters. Tell me why is he taking 19 months to correct a warning letter? He's so dogged and tenacious he should have never let that happen in the first place. And then to let it go for this long says the opposite of what you speak. More like highly INCOMPETENT, wouldn't you agree?
