These days there are cell towers everywhere and instrument flying in the soup is never done on the deck. I have had to fly a bit in the soup and wished I was on the ground. Give me clear skies and Visual Flight Rules. I retired from flying in 94 and sold the plane. It was on floats as I live in Mn on a lake and Canada in the Summer.
Wasn't Clapton's manager on that chopper? I spent a lot of hours in the air above Wisconsin and lake Michigan.
