In 2 days the float overturned not in 2 hours. Obviously something is going on. It's not fake buying I watched it all day. I know what it is... But at the same time I do believe there is something in the works here like could be really really big!! They should be getting a government deal sometime in the near future is my hunch. And I believe Capital Groups are already aware of these contract. Negotiations!
