It is my opinion that said documents are accurate, up to date and contains the most current information available on the Issuer.

And the idiot of a lawyer obviously didn't read the 2016 Annual filings because Note 6 Subsequent Events begin in July 2015 and end with the last dated August 2015 and do not even mention the increase in shares which happened subsequently to December 2016 and prior to the date of filing the Annual report.

And it's funny when you think about it - according to Nathan's filings, WOGI ACCOMPLISHED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN 2016.

Yup, that Nathan and his "team." Bunch of real go-getters.
