Jay, are you insinuating TMMI is attempting to compete directly against ON1 Resize 2017? They don't have the expertise to develop professional grade desktop software as is quite evident from their last attempt. Their so called "Products Manager" is completely clueless and unqualified. TMMI is just wasting more time and resources if its trying to go down this path. Their only hope is live scaling for the embedded market.

Where is the revenue potential in offering a cheap sub standard desktop scaler? This market is already saturated with way better software.
As for video encoding the HandBrake Open Source Video Transcoder already has that market tied up, and its "FREE". For the more technically inclined there is ffmpeg, also "FREE".
TMMI will only be disappointed if it expects to earn revenue from the crowded and highly competitive desktop software market.
