HHSE could do an asset purchase and stock sale for CRIM assets and cash from CRIM principals. No need for CRIM to come current. At current stock price 400 million new shares only cost 6 million in assets and cash and CRIM et al wind up with 1/3 ownership. Must be other issues, ...
