And they didn't automatically covert but there has to be room in the a/s to convert. I was totally wrong here I thought they were automatically added as common stock.

Now some of the Cs and Ds I see could convert over time. These were shares in exchange for some of the labs but the BoD own most of them so if they converted and sold you would see a 4.

Now B series are only owned by will and Lori. Even if they converted (which they won't) tomorrow they would not add to the float and if sold you would by law see a 4 filed.
