........we already filed a NOA.......we have like 3 days to submit the points of appeal - - which is a para-legal cut-and-paste...........

.....then a full blown APPEAL is processed which becomes a major undertaking (get it.....????.....undertaker reference.....?????).......

....so then the WAR WITH THE FDIC continues for another 6 months.........

.....and those pathetic uwbi cusip HOLDERS............no movement.....other than from the BOWEL...................6 more months of legal fees for BS and mark e. haynes........................and the FDIC does what they do...........weasel gamesmanship........ala administrative law/FASCISM.........mofos shouldn't have seized the THRIFT in the 1st M-F-ing place.................hello..................aimho.................
